1 on 1 Healing Energy Session
​Lisa is here to help you on your personal journey of awakening and to put you in touch with your own divine guidance. Your healing is completely within your power and control. They say that once we ask for help, the angels cannot deny that request and must provide guidance.  

An energy session with Lisa consists of dialoging and connecting to guides, Angels, the Higher Self, Divine Father/Mother energy, goddesses and any and all realms to provide insight and guidance. She uses visualization and imagery to bring in the Light in a nurturing and loving way to show where any unbeneficial patterns, habits, memories and karma may be held. She does chakra clearing and cuts cords, as well as inner child healing to unblock and release wherever you may be holding emotional, energetic and physical blockages. She uses her “Clara” skills to hear, see, feel and know what information needs to be relayed or what next steps should be taken. It is a fluid experience. ​

Lisa introduces you to your divine Light and Love, which is your birthright. She will give you the tools to access this Light and Love for yourself. This act of Self Love will empower, heal and bring you sovereignty, which is imperative for your evolution. Sovereignty and Self-Love are about owning who we are, knowing what is right for you to flourish and creating clear and loving boundaries for yourself and other’s.

Group Energy Session
It is time to find ourselves again! To find our joy, laughter and gratitude to uncover new levels of self-expression. We will join in a nurturing and forgiving space to move, share and get any stale energy that has accumulated over the past year- OUT OF OUR BODIES and our psychic space! The past year has brought up many lower frequency thoughts, feelings and emotions. There has been a massive clearing out of these in the collective consciousness and our job is to NOT let them hang out any longer and to send them on their way. In case you are not aware of them on a conscious level they are still there subconsciously. I speak of anger, rage, fear, worry, abandonment, confusion, rejection, aloneness, despair, unworthiness, scarcity, resentment, sadness and shame, ummm, to name a few. The good news is we can literally shake and vocalize them out of our system so let’s get moving and them packing! 

We will use movement, breath-work and Light to cleanse and clear on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. I can hear a sigh of relief already.
